Javascript AMQ Connector XML response truncated in Firefox

    Description

      Firefox has a 4096 byte text node content limit, if this limit is reached, Firefox splits text node and then Javascript adapter sends those truncated nodes to handler function.
      I've been able to overcome this issue, please see patch.
