[AMQ-310] Destination names are case sensitive

Description

This may or may not be a bug. I can not get a clear determination from the JMS specification, but from experience with a couple of other JMS products, I was suprized to find that destination names are case sensitive.

myqueue != MYQUEUE

Can anyone comment on the intended policy for ActiveMQ.
