Description
When delivering messages to a topic we may wish to register a dead letter queue for certain wildcards so that messages are not lost, but delivered to a dead letter queue instead.
e.g. we could setup a rule (subscription?) where messages to a topic STOCK.> will always be delivered to a deadletter queue (ACTIVEMQ.DEADLETTER.STOCK.>) if a message is published with no consumers.
This should be pretty trivial to do; its just a matter of having a special subscription registered in the message broker.
