Description

Default topic SubscriptionRecoveryPolicy is a FixedCountSubscriptionRecoveryPolicy, that can eventually lead to huge amount of memory wasted by messages in topics. James recommended to set it to NoSubscriptionRecoveryPolicy.
I'm sending a patch to do so in 4.1 branch.
