Description

In some environments, the kerb client krb5.conf is already managed on the machines and ambari cannot generate or modify it.

Need to provide option to not have ambari create/overwrite krb5.conf. See slide 2 of the attached for the proposed option to give users the ability to disable ambari trying to create/write the kerb client config.
