[AMBARI-9254] Ambari should allow directories like /home/... from being used if the user wishes

Description

When I config the directory to be like “/home/...”, Ambari refuses with alert "Can't start with "home(s)"".
I think Ambari should not disallow directories like /home/... from being used in config properties if the user wishes.
