Description

Due to the use of static calls required to parse and build kerberos descriptors, writing a unit test will take a bit longer than usual. It was decided to submit the work now with only manual functional testing to unblock people and come back and write the test later.

Ideally, the static kerberos descriptor methods should be refactored.
Instead of setting the Kerberos Descriptor File on the ServiceInfo, the descriptor should be set and all file IO would be encapsulated in the kerberos code.
