Show the status and host link to App Timeline Server.
Quick Links
Add a quick link to App Timeline Server Web UI.
YARN Health Status
Show green if ResourceManager is up (as it does today). The status of App Timeline Server does not affect the health status.
Alerts
Alerts for App Timeline Server will be surfaced as service-level alerts: "App Timeline Server Web UI" (WARN), "App Timeline Server process" (CRIT)
