[AMBARI-2556] Ctrl+C during ambari-server setup prints out a python stack trace

Description

We should be able to catch KeyBoardInterrupt in ambari-server main and print a useful message like:

"Aborting ... Keyboard Interrupt." and avoid the stack trace for the user.
