Custom Service repo information not removed once uninstalled

      Description

      When you install a custom service which has its own repos/repoinfo.xml file the repos are correctly added to the the ambari database, however when you remove the service descriptors from ambari the repo information is not cleaned up from the database. One has to manually remove the entries from the database backing ambari.
