[AMBARI-25207] The Ubuntu repository id for the cached apt package list is generated wrong in case if were used URL with https protocol

Description

When user would try to install files from the repository, which pointing to target location using https protocol, Ambari will fail to generate proper Repository Id for the cached package list of apt manager.
