Description

Change the way how Admin View determine that stack could be removed.

For that, ui/admin-web/app/scripts/controllers/stackVersions/StackVersionsEditCtrl.js#isDeletable should be changed to consume changes made in AMBARI-25071 (i.e. use new provided flag with the repository)
