[AMBARI-23532] Set the default value of spark2.driver to "org.apache.spark-project.org.apache.hive.jdbc.HiveDriver"

Description

In HDP 3.x, Hive JDBC protocol has been updated to version 11 (hive-jdbc 3.0), but Spark is still using version 8 (hive-jdbc 1.2). We are building a shaded jar of hive-jdbc 1.2 for Spark.

In this BUG, we need to set the default value of Spark2 jdbc driver to "org.apache.spark-project.org.apache.hive.jdbc.HiveDriver", which is in the hive-jdbc-1.2 shaded jar.
