Description

We need an instance manager tool for managing the lifecycle of mpack instances, service instances, component instances. This will be the replacement for hdp-select, conf-select

Examples of few operations that we will need

1. create-mpack-instance
2. create-component-instance
3. set-component-instance-version
4. get-component-instance-version
5. get-component-instance-confdir
