Description

Currently the bootstrap API uses the SSH key to connect to the hosts and register them in a single call. We need a separate call that ONLY checks the host connectivity feature without actually registering the hosts. This is required for the 'TEST CONNECTIVITY' feature for the Add Hosts Page
