HiveView2: freeze results header row and enable sort by column

    Description

      Here are a couple of suggestions to improve Hive View 2:

      1. Freeze the header row in the results panel so that, as we scroll through the results, the headers are always visible. The header row currently disappears off the top of the page.
      2. Enable sort asc/desc on the result panel columns.
