[AMBARI-22279] Knox upgrade failed when migrating from IOP to HDP

Description

STR:

1. Install Ambari 2.2 with IOP 4.2
2. Upgrade to Ambari 2.5.2
3. Upgrade to Ambari 2.6
4. Upgrade to HDP 2.6

Result: upgrade of Knox fails due to the following error.

Execution of 'cp -R -p -f /usr/hdp/4.2.0.0/knox/data/. /usr/hdp/current/knox-server/data' returned 1. cp: cannot stat '/usr/hdp/4.2.0.0/knox/data/.': No such file or directory

Problems:

1. commandParams/source_stack is no longer sent, need to take source stack name from upgradeSummary/services/KNOX/sourceStackId
2. cluster-env/stack_root is overwritten during the upgrade
