Description

java.lang.NullPointerException
	at org.apache.ambari.server.serveraction.upgrades.ConfigureAction.execute(ConfigureAction.java:195)
	at org.apache.ambari.server.serveraction.ServerActionExecutor$Worker.execute(ServerActionExecutor.java:516)
	at org.apache.ambari.server.serveraction.ServerActionExecutor$Worker.run(ServerActionExecutor.java:453)
	at java.lang.Thread.run(Thread.java:745)

Looks like service associated to "sqoop-atlas-application.properties" config is null during task execution. There is no mapping for "sqoop-atlas-application.properties" config to any service.
