[AMBARI-21982] Configs in Hosts page shows 'switch to <conf_group>' even though <conf_group> is already selected

Description

Please see the screen recording attached

• Create a new config group with NN host and a new property to this conf group
• Save and restart required components
• Now go to hosts page - choose NN host
• Select configs tab. By default 'nn config group' is selected. (Looks like properties from default are shown though)
• Scroll down to see the new property you added to this group
• To the right of the property you can still see 'Switch to nn_conf_group' with a hung spinner as shown in screenshot
