Description
During HDP upgrade - there were many instances where Ambari reports that some of the components(in hosts) reports as OUT_OF_SYNC.
One of the recommendation to resolve the issue was to restart the component in that host. there should be recommendation in the UI so that customer could try before reporting the case to support team.
Note: During HDP upgrade - UI would disable restart options - hence have to provide appropriately.
