[AMBARI-21609] Unable to view HDP or HDF stack version.

Description

The problem is that we get empty "operating_systems" section when the cluster is installed through installer AND using RedHat Satellite. Blueprint install or installation without using RedHat Satellite does not have this problem.

The javascript console show an exception after a call to an API endpoint:
