Description

The HA status of ResourceManager is not reported in JMX metrics, we use HttpPropertyProvider to get the RM HA status from http://<rm-host>:<rm-port>/ws/v1/cluster/info.

AMBARI-21370 fixed reporting of JMX metrics correctly when using VIPs, however we also need to address this special logic for RM.
