Description

Capacity Scheduler preemption is not enabled by default in HDP. Enabling it affects the entire cluster. But it is strongly recommended to enable YARN pre-emption before enabling Hive LLAP. The user needs to be warned about this before enabling Interactive Query in Hive configs page.
