[AMBARI-18667] Workflow Designer View: Folder hint does not get overwritten when you type folder name when creating folder in File Browser

Description

1.In the Workflow Designer View instance, click on Create Workflow and add a FS action
2. Try to create a new folder by clicking on "Create Folder".
3. The folder hint "<enter folder here>" does not get overwritten when you type a folder name.

Expected results:
The hint should disappear when you start typing in the folder name.
