Description

Scenario:

• default zeppelin.server.port is 9995
• Use Zeppelin server quick link, it redirects to correct url (http://<zeppelin host>:9995)
• Modify zeppelin.server.port to 9994
• Use zeppelin server quick link

Expected behavior : Quick link should redirect to http://<zeppelin host>:9994
Actual behavior : Quick link redirect to http://<zeppelin host>:9995
