Description

STR:
1. Go to Manage Ambari.
2. Create user.
3. Go to Roles menu, list view.
4. Set role for newly created user.
5. Change role for that user.

Cannot save permissions
t's effective privilege through its Group(s) is higher than your selected privilege.

No goups was created.

Workaround: change role to None and then change to desired value.
