Description

STR:

1. Enable interactive query and save the hive configs
2. This will create requests that can be tracked in background ops
3. While a task "Restart LLAP" or "Install Components" is ongoing, Refresh the browser

Expected Result: The ongoing request should be completed and subsequent requests ("Start HiveServer2 Interactive") should be triggered
Actual Result: The ongoing request is completed but the subsequent request is not triggered.
