Description

STR:

1. Deploy a 3 node cluster with Hive and AMS
2. After cluster deplyment, Enable Interactive Query
3. This will show "Select Hosts" popup for component selection

Actual behavior: ZooKeeper Server and Metrics collector has "+" badge which is actionable
Expected behavior: Only selection of HiverServer2 Interactive should be actionable. Other components should not be reassignable/addable/removable. "+" or "-" badge should not be shown next to any installed component.
