Description

Steps to reproduce:

• Install HAWQ with HAWQSEGMENT on the same host as HAWQMASTER
• Segment registration would show an alert saying that localhost is not registered.

localhost is returned by gp_segment_configuration for that HAWQSEGMENT, but in the slaves file, there is no entry 'localhost'
