Description

Add property managing to RangerConfigCalculation:

if db flavour is MySQL ranger_privelege_user_jdbc_url should be calculated as:
jdbc:mysql://db_host
if the db flavour is Oracle, ranger_privelege_user_jdbc_url should be calculated as:
jdbc:oracle:thin:@//db_host:1521
