[AMBARI-15012] Set "default" database as selected db when hive view loads

Description

Currently hive view selects first database when loads. This can be problem if user doesnot have access to first database.
Solution is to select the default database. Also show message when database selection changes.
If user selects database which he didnot have permission, it should results in error and previously selected db is selected.
