[AMBARI-14449] ambari download client configs says config generation failed want to retry when it actually worked

Description

I tried downloading a few client configs from ambari and i got an alert saying client config generation failed and if you want to try again.

What i noticed that the config did actually get generated and downloaded so the message showing seems a bug.

[root@pre-prod-poc-1 scripts]# ambari-server --hash
