Description

• Blueprint deploy the cluster with install, configure and start all in one shot.
• In a scenario where user wants to use Ambari to takeover a live cluster, it would become desirable to allow blueprint to only perform INSTALL and CONFIGURE actions.
• This patch allows specification of a provision_action to allow overriding this behavior.
