[AMBARI-13160] Host Checks on Add Hosts wizard are stuck if 2 sessions are active

Description

• Add host wizard for 185 hosts, was stuck at Host Checks screen for 30 minutes with Back and Next buttons both disabled.
• Refresh page does not help
• Apparently another user suggested that it worked when he tried this. At this point only thing we know is that there were two active sessions.
• There was no error in the web console.
• We checked the API calls at /api/v1/requests and the hostchecks had completed successfully.
