[AMBARI-12541] Accessing view in Ambari throws NullPointerException

Description

I created a PIG view in Ambari and went to load it, which resulted in the following NPE. It doesn't appear to be related to the other known NPE issue fixed by removing the instance element in the view.xml. Following the stack trace it looks like javax isn't null value error handling, which prevented me from using the view. I was able to get around it by deleting and recreating the view.
