[AMBARI-12414] Remove SNAPSHOT references in Ambari build

Description

Testing of RC1 for Ambari 2.1.0 revealed that a few references still exist to "SNAPSHOT" builds for contrib components:

./contrib/ambari-scom/ambari-scom-server/pom.xml: <ambari.version>2.1.0-SNAPSHOT</ambari.version>
./contrib/views/hive/pom.xml: <ambari.version>2.1.0-SNAPSHOT</ambari.version>
./contrib/views/pig/pom.xml: <ambari.version>2.1.0-SNAPSHOT</ambari.version>
./contrib/views/pom.xml: <ambari.version>2.1.0-SNAPSHOT</ambari.version>

These references should be updated to reflect the Ambari server version released, and should be fixed in the next release (2.1.1).

This task may involve researching the "contrib" components, to determine if these components should be versioned the same way as the rest of the Ambari components.
