ambari-metrics/pom.xml refers to a repo at http://54.235.92.15/nexus/content/groups/public/. This should be http://repo.hortonworks.com/content/groups/public/. This change was already made on trunk with commit https://github.com/apache/ambari/commit/5d06a31309bb6ced2aef16116860e4aba9c0b571 for AMBARI-10263
