[AIRAVATA-3688] BUG: When experiments are cloned and left without a mandatory file, throws exception

Description

1. Clone an experiment
2. Remove the mandatory input file
3. Click storage or Browse the experiment without completing the experiment and saving.
4. No pop-up message to inform the user to complete and move. (tested in Chrome)
5. Now when tried to look at this experiment, its in CREATED
6. But exceptions are thrown in both 'Browse Experiment' and in Experiment statistics (File does not exist at that path.)
