When non-input file is edited in Create Experiment view, save the edited version as an input file copy

    Description

      Problem: when selecting an existing file from storage as an app input and editing that file, the original file gets edited. This makes it hard to setup a file as a template input file since each edit of it changes that file.

      Solution: when an existing file is selected and edited, create a copy as a temporary input file and save the edits there.
