Description

This implementation is required for HTCondor job submissions.

Currently the pre job commands need to be enabled as well as merge with the printing input files on command line through application interface. 

 

Pre job command (currently not printed on job script)

transfer_input_files = receptor.pdbqt, ligand1.pdbqt, config, autodock_vina_1_1_ 2_linux_x86.tgz, vina_wrapper.bash

 

Due to printing input files on command line, below line printed in the job script (without the arguments)
