Description

Frontend error: Cannot read properties of undefined (reading 'valid'): "\"v-on handler (Promise/async)\"" stacktrace: onSave (webpack:///static/django_airavata_auth/js/containers/UserProfileContainer.vue:101:)

Steps to reproduce

1. Setup a gateway without any extended user profile fields
2. Go to User Settings
3. Save the User Profile by clicking Save

Actual Result

Save fails. Might see an error like this.$refs.extendedUserProfileEditor is undefined or Cannot read properties of undefined (reading 'valid'):

Expected Result

Save should process successfully even when there are no extended user profile fields.
