Description

The airavata-django-portal-sdk throws a LookupError when it is trying to get a UserStorageProvider implementation based on the storage resource id. But when it can't find a configured UserStorageProvider it should use the 'default' one.

We can test that link after this bug fix is merged and deployed in production.
