Description

• detect that REST API response failed because user isn't authenticated. Currently response is just a redirect, need something better.
• generate a special notification that tells user to log back in with a link
• link should include redirect back to this view once the user is logged in
• for Django apps, supply ErrorUtils function for checking if authentication is needed
