Description

Support passing a next query parameter to the group create and edit views to control the URL that is navigated to after saving the group. For example:

/groups/create/?next=%2Fmaptool%2Fbuild%2Fprojects%2F1%2Fedit

This makes it easier to reuse group management views in custom views by integrating them into a user workflow.
