[AIRAVATA-3099] When a user is searched to be added to gateway-user group, not all the available user accounts are listed by that name

Description

1. In dev.seagrid.org there are about 40 user accounts for name 'eroma'
2. But when I tried searching for in in Django gateway-user group, only about 5 are listed.
3. When I tried to go further down in the list, the cursor disappears, as if there is a hidden list.
