[AIRAVATA-2496] In experiment edit mode number of CPUs per node is not taken into consideration

Description

At compute resource queue level the number of CPUs per node is defined as 8.
When creating an experiment, when CPUs given as 12 or more than 8, the number of nodes change to 2 automatically. If number of nodes changed to 1, the CPUs automatically changes to 8.
(this is correct behavior as per the number of CPUs per node is 8)

Same behavior should exists in edit mode as well. But changing CPUs or nodes in edit mode doesn't set the other value as per CPUs per node count.
