Description

There are few issues with email monitoring and the task is to collect them and fix.

Sub-Tasks

• Out of two emails received for a job only one is read: Open
• Job ID is not returned by the cluster when airavata check for job ID: Open
• Users resubmit job script in cluster, manually which sends emails for non existing job IDs in airavata: Open
• Jobs failing at execution of squeue command due to response of 'Invalid job ID': Open
• Adding an email for monitoring is done in airavata gfac server level. This should be done using a UI: Open
• OBSERVATION: It appears that after processing emails the email monitoring module mark them as unread if not processed: Open
