Description

The SEAGrid gateway notifications should be available in the rich client. The latest one should be displayed in the opening page and others should be discoverable. Login should not be required ( if possible) to read notices. These are generic gateway wide information.

If possible we should read the maintenance posts from XSEDE/IU and post them SciGaP wide and repost them for every gateway hosted (or those that use the resource).
