Description

Steps;
1. Stop GFAC server in gw153 and create and launch an experiment
2. Make sure api server (airavata API +orchestrator) is running
3. Experiment does not get LAUNCHED. It is only CREATED

Sub-Tasks

• When experiments are launched from PGA, exp status in the Registry is not getting changed to LAUNCHED by the Orchestrator: Closed
