provide true P2P support when queues are used with the default provider

      Description

      The early version of ActiveCluster would use multicast for all communication. We need to use pointcast over TCP for most communication; especially for point-to-point (Queue) stuff and just leave mulicast for discovery.

      I think you might have implemented this already? If so just mark it as closed immediately. (Am mostly just double checking that issues are being notified correctly)

        The default transport is the ActiveMQ peer:// protocol - which used multicast for discovery of nodes, and
        p-2-p there after
